Refund policy

Exchanges:

Products may be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. An additional fee may apply depending on the nature of the exchange (e.g., size change, restocking, etc.). All items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.


Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue right away.


Returns & Refunds:
Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of faulty or defective items. The faulty item must be reported and returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
